We understand that a thorough setup connecting all QA components is essential for accurate results, and can vary drastically from one clinic to another. We offer optional, affordable, On-Site Configuration and Training to jump start your clinical usage. We will spend two days and one night at your site configuring film scanners, IMRT QA phantoms, treatment planning system dose exports and file transfers, film calibration profile measurements, and training your users to be experts with the equipment they work with every day.
Due to the complex nature of film dosimetry and its interaction with linear accelerators, multiple measurement devices, and treatment planning systems, the On-Site Training option is there to help your physicists and dosimetrists integrate DoseLab Pro with their array of equipment.
Even if you elect to not include On-Site Configuration, our extensive library of training videos and remote assistance will be able to offer you assistance in beginning your QA program or transitioning from another software package.
